Israeli military chief spokesman Major General Daniel Hagari announced the deaths of 31 Israeli hostages still being held in the Gaza Strip, out of 136 confirmed hostages still being held. .
“We have informed 31 families that their captured loved ones are no longer alive and have been declared dead,” Hagari declared.
