An illegal alien is accused of spying on young girls by peeking under a restroom stall at a Walmart in D’Iberville, Mississippi.
Jesler Jairo Perez (20), an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, arrested d’Iberville police filed three charges of voyeurism this month.
Police said the three girls were in the Walmart bathroom when they noticed Perez in the kiosk. The girls told police that Perez appeared to be peeking into their stall from under the stall.
One of the girls ran away and alerted her mother, who went into the bathroom and found Perez wearing pants in one of the stalls, police said. A man at Walmart restrained Perez until officers arrived on the scene.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed a motion to detain Mr. Perez and asked him to be taken into custody at the d’Iberville Police Department if he is released at any time.
Perez is being held in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on $75,000 bail.
