The former director of a Massachusetts immigrant shelter has revealed disturbing accounts of child sexual abuse and violence.
John Featherston managed a migrant shelter in Marlborough from November 2023 to July 2024. The facility, a Holiday Inn, was packed to capacity with 550 people, he said. daily wire.

While running the shelter, he reported widespread violence and horrific incidents of child rape.
“There was a lot of violence,” Featherston told the Daily Wire. “Unfortunately, a gentleman who was at the hotel got his daughter pregnant and became very violent when the government removed her from the shelter.”

Ronald Joseph, an illegal immigrant, raped his 14-year-old daughter multiple times during his travels to the United States and after entering the country, MainWire reported.
Records obtained by the news organization said the child was removed from her father's custody “on an emergency basis.”
After losing custody of her daughter, Joseph “became very agitated and began screaming at shelter staff,” which led to police being called.
Joseph was not arrested and was taken on a taxpayer-paid lift to another shelter in Massachusetts that also housed women.
“They ordered me to send them to Worcester County,” Featherston told The Daily Wire. “And I'll never know why he wasn't locked up. A man who admitted to committing rape is going to be put in another asylum so he can rape again another day. It doesn't make any sense.”
Another person staying at the same Holiday Inn shelter, 29-year-old Gradymy Rodine, was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl and another resident of the facility.
“She told the police officer that she had been raped multiple times. That was probably the most disturbing conversation I've ever heard in my adult life,” Featherston said.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement told The Daily Wire there are no detention requests for Joseph or Rodeen.
Featherston also described other violent episodes, including one instance in which an immigrant drove into his office. Featherston said the perpetrators were retaliating for the withdrawal of taxpayer-funded supplies.
“If you were on benefits and you were receiving it, we were going to start reducing the provision of diapers, formula and wipes,” he explained. “The immigrants didn't like that. They thought they were being attacked. Then a gentleman drove into my office.”
Despite Massachusetts' shelter system being overwhelmed by a massive influx of illegal immigrants, Gov. Maura Healey (D) said state police would “absolutely cooperate” with President-elect Donald Trump's mass deportation strategy. I won't,'' he declared. She promised to use “every tool in the toolbox” to “protect” illegal aliens from ICE.
Marlboro Police Department did not respond to the Daily Wire's request for comment, and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Livability also declined to provide a statement.
