Illegal alien with 11 arrests and 7 deportations accused of murdering man in Ohio

An illegal immigrant with multiple deportations and more than a dozen arrests has been charged with murder in Ohio.

Last Friday, Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones held a press conference to discuss specific suspects who represent a much larger national problem with illegal immigration. The suspect’s name is Fermín García Gutierrez, a 46-year-old Mexican national who has been deported from the United States at least seven times.

Garcia-Gutierrez has also been arrested 11 times in Butler County since November 2001. During these arrests, Mr. Garcia-Gutierrez provided authorities with a total of at least seven different names and at least three different dates of birth.

Garcia-Gutierrez was most recently arrested in the same county on March 16 and charged with using a weapon while intoxicated, carrying a concealed weapon, drug possession and obstructing official business. He was immediately taken into ICE custody and remains in the Butler County Jail.

“I don’t know if [Garcia-Gutierrez] “He killed someone. We don’t know what he did,” Sheriff Jones said at a news conference about a week ago.

In the end, it was determined that the suspect may have actually killed someone in Butler County.

On Monday around 2:30 p.m., the unidentified man was found in an alley in Hamilton, Ohio, the county seat of Butler County, just north of Cincinnati. When police arrived, the man was pronounced dead.

The cause of death has not yet been reported, but it has been ruled a homicide, and police believe Garcia-Gutierrez was responsible. The suspect is currently charged with aggravated crime. Also called plannedmurder in addition to other charges.

Garcia-Gutierrez has been in custody for nearly three weeks, but investigators believe he attacked the victim on March 14, two days before his arrest. Police are not releasing the victim’s name until his family is notified.

If it weren’t for the suspect, who doesn’t have a legal right to be in the U.S., “that person would still be alive today.” the sheriff suggested.

“And if you don’t think so, [illegal immigration is] “It’s affecting you guys in Butler County, Ohio,” he added, “We’re all border states. We’re all border counties. It’s here, and we’ve always been I can continue.

“We have an illegal alien here. He has been deported eight times in our county and has committed 20 crimes,” the sheriff continued. “He has seven different names and is currently charged with murder and aggravated murder, and who knows who else he may have killed along the way or in Mexico.”

When WXIX asked for a response to the sheriff’s comments, the Ohio Immigration Alliance said, “Crime rates among immigrants are much lower than those born in the United States. This is the result of every study conducted by a reputable agency. “It’s not the result of an investigation,” he said in part. Advocacy groups like the Center for Immigration Studies. ”
