The illegal immigrants unleashed by the Biden administration have been accused of raping a 13-year-old Florida boy who was playing with his younger brother behind his home, authorities said.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Mexican national Samuel Cobos Carmona allegedly confessed to having sexually assaulted the victim after “becoming friends” him and his 8-year-old brother while playing the game on April 13.
“While we were in the woods with these two, he sexually abused the 13-year-old both verbally, both Annaly,” Sheriff Bill Plumel said Thursday.
The incident was not reported until a week later, as the victim was so scared that he couldn’t first tell anyone about the illness attack, authorities said.
Cobos-Carmona was arrested Monday and charged with a battery of indecency and sleepiness involving a victim between the ages of 12 and 16.
“We will work very hard with the State Attorney’s Office and our federal partners to ensure that this individual does not see the sunlight again,” Plumel warned.
“And if so, to make sure he has been taken from the United States forever.”
Cobos-Carmona first illegally entered the United States in 2021, but was arrested and charged in Mexico, the sheriff said.
He returned illegally the following year, and fled to Sunshine State after evading Texas authorities.
“He was in Sarasota, Florida in July 2024, but he was released to our community due to Biden Harris’ catch-and-release policy,” Plumel said.
“People often wonder why me and my fellow sheriffs in Florida work with federal partners to round up these individuals and drive hell out of here, and that’s why.”
