It contains elements of classic anti-Semitism, such as claiming that They don't even acknowledge Hamas' genocidal ideology.
The South African case failed to gain much traction even before a sympathetic court biased toward Israel. Nevertheless, the government decided last week to join South Africa's “genocide” case. However, critics point out that this changes the definition of “genocide.''
