Jesse Waters: The president’s state of mind was at the center of attention in Washington today, with the Justice Department finally releasing a long-awaited statement. She’s beautiful.” Asked about classified documents in the garage, Biden said he drove Leno in his Corvette and drove away. He boasted that he had started making noises. “Just take your foot off the brake. Vroom, vroom.”
Joe Biden complained that Biden driving up and down his driveway was driving him crazy because the Secret Service wouldn’t let him drive. “I put it at the bottom of the driveway, pile it up to like four grand, and vroom vroom.” That’s right, the president is making more car noise. Now, if you were a prosecutor taking a deposition, and you were asking questions about highly sensitive national security secrets, would your subject start revving the engine and pretending to hit the clutch? You know he is not fit to stand trial.

Now, the real reason Mr. Hsu didn’t indict Mr. Biden was because he didn’t think he would get a conviction. But that’s not the reason. Where is it? Mr. Hur didn’t think he could convict Biden in Washington, D.C., and the jury will be held there. Outside of DC? A fair jury? of course.but Biden’s poor mental health Let him escape justice.
