Author and former Wall Street Journal columnist Abigail Schrier recently co-starred with Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience” and shared her latest book, “Bad Therapy: Why Kids Don’t Grow Up.” We talked about it.
The overarching theme of Schrier’s book is essentially this: modern medicine, especially therapy and mental health, is failing children.
The idea of declining trust in the medical industry as a whole fueled much of their conversation.
“Before COVID-19, I had a very different opinion of the medical establishment,” Logan said. “My opinion of the medical establishment was that it was there to help people. That was it. I never doubted that.”
But when the pandemic hit, he quickly realized that “it’s all a game of money and influence, run by very powerful people.”
“Most reasonable people now believe that the CDC does not necessarily have the public’s best interests at heart,” said Dave Rubin. So are “NIH” and “the government” and especially “Joe Biden.”
