The hosts of “The View” blasted viewers Thursday by mocking Joe Rogan as just another guy who “believes in dragons,” to which he responded hilariously.
Joy Behar cited Logan's incredibly successful podcast as an example of unreliable news outlets that have isolated Americans.
“So this is really, really bad information out there.”
“I think people like our show because they know we're checked by ABC News,” Joy Behar said. “Basically, we went from Walter Cronkite to Joe Rogan who believes in dragons. Checked it out!”
“Does he believe in dragons?” asked Sunny Hostin.
“He believes in dragons! And he also thinks that when humans roamed the earth, they, dragons, dinosaur-like animals, roamed the earth! So this really… There is really bad information out there,” she added.
Prior to commenting, Sarah Haines opined that part of the problem was misinformation spread by foreign countries aimed at disrupting free elections in the United States.
“People want us to divide, but it's not just in this country. There are foreign adversaries who are infiltrating our social media, because it's wise for us to stay this way. ,” Haynes said. “So when I see something that really upsets me, [on social media]you need to triple check that!”
Logan responded to the intended insult by changing his profile to add “Dragon Follower.”
“Here's my new official description of X,” he said. I wrote on social media.
Logan has 14.5 million followers on Spotify and 16.4 million followers on YouTube. On the other hand, “The View” acquirer The total number of viewers was approximately 2.6 million.
