Joe Rogan Suggests Trump Distracts from Epstein Files
Comedian Joe Rogan has raised the idea that President Donald Trump is stirring up chaos in the U.S. as a means to divert attention from the Jeffrey Epstein files.
During a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan spoke with comedian Ehsan Ahmad, who mentioned, “We recorded a special on October 25th, filled with jokes about Epstein.” Ahmad expressed his surprise that the files hadn’t been released yet, noting, “I thought, ‘Oh no,’ but thank God, the joke still works.” Rogan responded that this topic would likely remain relevant for some time.
Rogan then questioned the nature of what had actually been released: “They claimed they released things, but what did they really let out? It’s all very odd,” he remarked.
Ahmad added that recent news events, like the ramifications from the Somali situation and an ICE shooting, have overshadowed discussions about the Epstein files, saying, “I feel like it’s completely drowned out everything else.”
Then, in a quieter tone, Rogan suggested that some of this confusion might be intentional on Trump’s part, proposing that the President could be trying to distract the public from the Epstein issue.
However, his comments are a bit perplexing, considering the actions of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are quite standard—they’ve been active since 2003, and their raids aren’t something new.
Moreover, Rogan has been in the podcasting arena for over 16 years, so he’s likely aware that public interest shifts rapidly.
Interestingly, a high-profile arrest related to Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro quickly became less significant in light of the recent death of an ICE protestor, Renee Good, in Minneapolis.
On another front, Democratic lawmakers seem to be fueling tensions under the Trump administration, portraying it as a “fascist” regime and rallying public resistance against law enforcement. Reports indicate that in Minnesota, officials have not only allowed but also encouraged attacks on ICE officers by far-left groups.
