John Schneider claims Democrats are gaining from Trump's policies that they oppose.

John Schneider, known for his role in “The Dukes of Hazzard,” recently criticized the Democratic Party, claiming they dismiss President Donald Trump’s ideas even while benefiting from them. On his podcast episode, he labeled Democrats as “nothing short of a disgrace.”

During the discussion with his wife, Dee Dee Sorvino, Schneider expressed frustration over the ongoing war in Iran and reflected on the State of the Union address. He referenced a saying from his grandmother, pointing out that the Democrats throw out the baby with the bathwater, suggesting that they fail to recognize any positive contributions from Trump.

“For all the commendable things that Trump and his Cabinet are doing to keep America safe, the Democratic Party is also reaping the rewards,” Schneider remarked. He argued that he was raised to think differently, highlighting the inconsistency of benefiting from help while refusing to acknowledge it.

Schneider drew parallels between Trump’s policies and the concept of neighbors building fences for better cooperation, suggesting that this approach ultimately serves everyone’s interests. He noted that instead of creating divisions, it would be wiser to work together.

He went on to say, “Let’s build a really good fence,” stressing the importance of collaboration and neighborliness, and emphasizing that mutual assistance is essential.

Schneider, who has been vocal about his political stances, suspects he might have faced blacklisting in Hollywood after making his Trump support clear during the 2016 election. He described Hollywood’s alignment with powerful global interests, suggesting that its decision-makers operate under significant external pressures rather than genuine beliefs.

In conclusion, Schneider’s remarks illustrate his views on political hypocrisy and the importance of unity over division in addressing societal issues.
