According to Variety, Voight believes the notion of an independent Palestinian state is “an anti-Semitic ploy perpetuated by Arab countries who want to destroy Israel with the help of the United Nations.”
“I love my daughter. I don’t want to fight her,” he said. “But the fact is, I think she’s been affected by the UN. From the beginning, the human rights violations have been horrible. They call it human rights, but it’s just anti-Israel attacks.”
