Karl-Anthony Towns' blockbuster trade from Minnesota to the Knicks isn't the only thing that's garnering attention.
The Knicks' new big man and his girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, showed off a giant diamond on his ring finger in a photo posted to Instagram on Thursday, sparking rumors that they may be engaged.
Woods, wearing a blue and orange Knicks sweatshirt, simply captioned the post with an orange heart emoji.
Some fans asked, “Are you engaged?” In the comments, some gushed about her diamond ring.
“Damn,” wrote singer Jilly Anais, who is dating Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson.
“It’s beautiful,” added Sky All-Star rookie Angel Reese.
Talk of an engagement comes after Towns opened up about cheating rumors during a recent appearance on Shannon Sharpe's “Club Shay Shay” podcast.
“I'm calm, I'm fine, life is good for me,” Towns, 28, said in response to rumors that Sharpe was “dating someone else” other than Woods. “I think we both live in the public eye.
“We both have different things and different rumors that are completely false.

“We understand that people tend to like what's the funniest. It doesn't have to be true, it just has to sound the best. For us, we're all about who we are to each other. We know each other's positions and we know the lives we're building.”
“We're not worried about any of that,” Towns added.
Towns and Woods, who met through mutual friends, celebrated their fourth anniversary in May.
That same month, the couple bought a $14 million home together in Los Angeles.
It's been a great week for Towns.
After nine seasons together, the Timberwolves traded the four-time All-Star to the Knicks for center Julius Randle and guard Donte DiVincenzo in a deal completed Tuesday.
Towns wore a new Knicks jersey with No. 32 on Thursday at training camp at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
The Knicks have a preseason game against the Hornets on Sunday.
The 2024 season opens on October 22nd in Boston against the Celtics.
