New York State Judge Juan Marchan has again decided to postpone sentencing in President-elect Donald Trump's Manhattan criminal case. In this criminal case, he was found guilty of all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
Friday, Merchan granted Trump's lawyers requested a motion to dismiss the case, further delaying the sentencing date originally scheduled for July.

Trump's lawyer, Todd Blanche, sent a letter to Marchand on Wednesday asking him to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
Blanche quoted Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as saying that Trump's election victory was “a mission that supersedes DANY's 'people's” political motivations.
“This case must be dismissed immediately,” he demanded.
Blanche argued that the possibility of continued litigation would be “uniquely destabilizing” for the country.
Earlier this week, Bragg agreed to the defense's request to put the case on hold, but said he would oppose the motion to dismiss.
Machan declared that the motion for removal and the prosecutor's response is expected in early December.
