Kaley Cuoco's famous friends honor their close-knit group after Ashley Tisdale's 'toxic' accusations

Kaley Cuoco’s close-knit circle of celebrity mom friends is receiving praise, especially after Ashley Tisdale’s recent essay about her “toxic” mom group gained traction online.

On Wednesday, Cuoco’s friend, Ashley Jones, posted a picture featuring their group, which includes Lacey Chabert, Ali Fedotowsky, and Amy Davidson. The snapshots captured various moments of their time together with their kids, individual shots, and nostalgic photos from their pregnancies.

“Mom groups are really making waves online this week,” Jones commented. “Shout out to my village. Without it, I honestly would feel a bit lost.”

Jones described her group as “ride or die” and “supportive,” contrasting it with Tisdale’s portrayal of her former mom group as “toxic” in her viral essay for The Cut. Although Tisdale didn’t name specific individuals, fans quickly associated her past interactions with Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor, and Mandy Moore.

In her essay, she expressed feelings of inadequacy after being left out of gatherings and said she “didn’t understand” the reasons behind her exclusion. The 40-year-old actress eventually reached out to the group, stating, “This is too high school for me, and I don’t want to be part of it anymore.”

Clearly fond of her current circle, Jones reminisced about their shared experiences over the years, calling them her “village.” She encouraged others to shout out supportive mom groups, mentioning the joy and gratitude she feels despite missing each other.

Tisdale stirred up discussions when she reflected negatively on her former mom group in her essay. A source close to the situation indicated that Tisdale had found it increasingly difficult to be part of that dynamic.

Despite the fallout, members of the moms’ group continue to uplift one another on social media. Duff recently expressed appreciation for Janice Gott, a fellow group member, while Matthew Koma, Duff’s husband, took a more direct jab at Tisdale. He shared a mock cover of The Cut featuring Tisdale with an eye-catching, satirical headline.

Later on, Moore praised Koma in an Instagram post, calling him “one of the most talented and generous human beings” she knows. Trainor also chimed in with a humorous TikTok reaction, sharing her surprise at the unfolding drama.
