Despite her claims, there are no federal or state laws banning homosexuality or same-sex marriage.

Kamala Harris’ segment will feature drag queen Michelle Visage, as well as Lance Bass, Leslie Jones and Cheyenne Jackson.
Since being named the presumptive nominee by the Democratic Party elites, effectively invalidating the entire presidential primary process, Kamala Harris has received significant support from LGBTQ+ leaders.
The Human Rights Campaign has endorsed her presidential campaign, as have transgender equality advocates and the National LGBTQ Task Force.
