Kanye West calls out Adidas for releasing ‘fake’ Yeezy sneakers, lawsuit

Kanye West is slamming Adidas for selling “fake” Yeezy sneakers.

“Not only are they putting out fake colorways that aren’t approved, they’re suing me for $250 million,” the rapper-turned-fashion designer wrote in an article. Told. instagram video Posted on Monday.

“They won’t pay me to release shoes with my name on them.”

He also claimed that German sports companies were “raping” artists and not paying them.

Mr. West, who still sports his $850,000 titanium dentures, accused the sports apparel company of using its “contract clauses” and 50 years of “business experience” to “rape artists in broad daylight and in front of you.” He said he is doing so.

In another post, the “Street Lights” rapper shared an image of “fake” sneakers and wrote that his die-hard fans would never buy them.

The “Flashing Lights” rapper also claimed that Adidas is suing him for $250 million.

“All these celebrities and ordinary people are going to object to the color of my T-shirts and hats, but when… [sic] Watch me hide my children from me, or watch a real Fortune 500 company rape one of your heroes in real life, and no one says anything, Nothing to do,” he wrote in the caption.

West, 46, then asked what “The System” would do next, wondering if he would “delete” his new album “Vultures” or freeze his bank account.

“Any new unapproved 350 is lame, and we all know the 350 is lame,” he concluded.

Adidas ended its relationship with the rapper in October 2022 after the designer repeatedly made anti-Semitic rants and wore a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt to a fashion show.

The contract with the German sports company accounted for $1.5 billion of West’s net worth, giving him a valuation of $400 million and removing him from billionaire status. According to Forbes magazine.

Adidas and West remain embroiled in a private arbitration dispute, with the former claiming West’s “aggressive behavior” led to the breakdown of the partnership.
