Former White House press secretary, Carine Jean Pierre was blown up on social media this week after sitting this week for an interview summarizing her thoughts on Biden's debate performance and her thoughts on the Democrats fallout.
“I…look, personally, I think the hardest thing to see in three weeks is that I've had a disconnect. [in] What was going on with the Democratic leadership, and as my former colleague Ben Labolt said, it was the shooting squad,” Jean Pierre said Wednesday at an event at Harvard University's Political Institute.
“I had never seen anything like that before. I had never seen a party do it like they would, and it was hurtful and sad to see it happening,” Jean-Pierre added. “Firing around people who believe I am a true patriot, people who think I have done everything I can for this country. As mentioned earlier, people I believe have done more terms than most presidents did historical things in two terms, and I was shocked to see what I was looking.”
Jean-Pierre's analysis, the first detailed comment she made about Biden's exit from the race since she left the White House, pulling instant pushbacks from conservatives on social media.

Jean Pierre said he hasn't focused on watching the news since leaving the White House with the arrival of Harvard University.
“I'm not watching the news,” she said. “I was really trying to focus on self-care. I tried to focus on my daughter. I'm 10 years old. And I did this. This was awakening at 4:30am as I deprogrammed myself so I could become a civilian again. Adrenaline, I thought, 'Oh, I need to do something!”
