The eye-opening son, $167.3 million with his older mother, was handcuffed a few days later for allegedly kicking a Florida agent in the face as he attempted to break up a bar fight at Oceanfront Resort on Tuesday.

James Farthing, 50, and his girlfriend Jacqueline Fightmaster — yes, really — were arrested following Fracas at the Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete Beach on the heels of his lucky draw at Clark's Pump n Shop in Bluegrass State on Saturday.

Former prisoner Farthing posed on an oversized check with his gal companion and mother on Monday before his fate changes dramatically to the next night.

A Georgetown, Kentucky resident punched another hotel guest in the face during a brawl before kicking a Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputy in the face around 11:10pm.

According to the affidavit, the law enforcement officer had “swelling and redness” on the right side of his face under his eyes. Smoking gun.

Following alleged kicks to the face, Farthing then tried to escape the scene, the affidavit claims.

Meanwhile, police documents say the 42-year-old fighter was responding to her name when she was hoping she was drunk and drunk with other patrons at the bar.

Farthing's aptly named girlfriend Jacqueline's fight master was also charged with Fracas. PCSO

“[Fightmaster] He looked very drunk, screamed, cried, made inconsistent statements,” the document alleged.

Farting was charged with a pair of law enforcement officer batteries, felony and misdemeanors, while Fightmaster was slapped for public addiction.

Both were booked early Wednesday, with Farthing facing a parole violation caused by legal trouble in Kentucky, records show.

He remains behind the bar while the Fightmaster is released.

Records show that Farthing was previously convicted of numerous charges, including theft, receipt of stolen property and drug crimes.

He bought a $2 Powerball ticket and later learned from his mother, Linda Grizzle, that he won.

His son paid for the ticket, but he said he would split the prize with his mother earlier this week. The pair will pay off some invoices.

The duo can either increase their 30-level annual payments or cash out a lump sum of $77.3 million.

“It's going to be a good Mother's Day,” Grizzle said in a Kentucky lottery press release. “This will pay off my debt.”

The attorney listed for Farthing did not immediately return a request for comment Thursday.
