White House Press Secretary Criticizes ICE Actions

During a press briefing, White House press secretary Caroline Levitt stated that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent involved in the fatal shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis acted “unreasonably.” Levitt addressed the media’s inquiries about the incident, emphasizing her discontent with how it was being handled.

A reporter questioned Levitt regarding Good’s tragic death. “Why was Renee Good unfortunately and tragically killed?” the reporter asked. Levitt replied firmly, “Because ICE agents acted recklessly and unjustly killed her.”

In a heated exchange, Levitt accused the reporter of bias, claiming they were not genuinely reporting but instead promoting a left-wing agenda. “You’re pretending to be a journalist when you shouldn’t be in that seat,” she asserted. She argued that the question showcased bias and urged the reporter to focus on factual reporting.

Levitt then highlighted the issue of American citizens killed by illegal immigrants, challenging the reporter’s knowledge on the matter. “Do you know the numbers on how many American citizens have been killed at the hands of the illegal aliens that ICE is trying to remove?” she questioned rhetorically.

She criticized the media, stating that it perpetuates distorted views. “Shame on people like you in the media who give distorted and biased views and pretend to be real, honest journalists,” Levitt concluded, emphasizing ICE’s role in community safety.
