Young left-wing staffers in Kamala Harris' campaign have sparked a backlash over the vice president's plans to appear on Joe Rogan's podcast, according to a report Wednesday.
Harris' opponent, Donald Trump, appeared on a podcast with Logan, and Logan endorsed Harris on the eve of the election. After the episode with Trump, Logan said he made an offer to Harris' team, but was refused permission to fly to the studio in Austin, Texas, where Trump was meeting.
Wednesday's Financial Times said, shed new light Regarding the camp's decision to cancel Logan's appearance. Campaign aides say woke staffers were angry about Harris' optics of appearing on a show like Logan, which is aimed primarily at an unwoke male audience. Jennifer Palmieri, a senior adviser to Harris' husband Doug Emhoff, told the Financial Times, “There was pushback from some progressive staffers who didn't want her to participate.'' As for whether that will happen,” he said.

What is shocking is that idealistic left-wing officials who are disconnected from reality bully the adults who are supposed to be in the room to make stupid decisions. How many times have you seen it?
Maybe Kamala's appearance on Logan's show wouldn't have made a difference. She probably would have bombed. However, the campaign performed so poorly among young men that interviews with A-list podcasters may have helped her reach that demographic. At least it was worth a try. And it was such a bad look that she declined to appear after President Trump had an hours-long confrontation with Logan.
This story seems to be emblematic of so many liberal organizations increasingly cowering to a small number of whining activists. Whether it's traditional media companies like the Washington Post or New York Times or prestigious universities like Harvard or Yale, young leftists are taking older crowds to lunch. The adults in this room are not adults at all. They are cowards who run a small nursery for spoiled and stupid people.
