In a now-deleted statement, the voice actor described the cheerleader skin as “transphobic” and claimed that the developer’s choices “put him in physical danger.” He later revealed that his problem was not with the skin itself, but with the lack of communication from Behavior Interactive regarding the character’s final appearance.
The voice actor said, “I was never told what the character would look like in the end, I was given a vague description of the role, I did my best to figure it out, and I kept asking for more information.” However, the actor insisted that developer Behavior is not transphobic and called on those who boycott the company to stop.
