Liberal media criticizes MAGA influencers rather than the person who stabbed in Charlotte

A disturbing video depicting the murder of Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, has gained traction on social media.

Yet, mainstream news outlets appear to interpret the incident differently.

“What angle did the mainstream media take? They didn’t label the act of murdering an innocent woman in Charlotte, North Carolina, as being committed by a ‘terrifying criminal.’ That wasn’t their focus,” remarked a host.

In fact, some publications opted for headlines that hint at a different narrative, as seen in a recent Axios article.

“Yeah, those nasty Maga Republicans,” the host continued. “They might say, ‘Maga gets attacked by stabbing videos to push their crime agendas.’ It’s clear here that the crazy murderers are not the issue,” she noted.

Instead, the focus seems to be on how MAGA influencers highlight urban crime and sensationalize such incidents, as she further elaborated.

“You’d think there was a low point, but with these mainstream media folks, it seems like there’s no bottom. I’m not saying they’re elevating the crime issue, though,” she added thoughtfully.

“It’s really about the security cameras,” she concluded.

According to the Axios article, there has been a notable increase in violent incidents, coinciding with the rising number of surveillance cameras in places like Charlotte’s Light Rail.

“Videos can easily be shared or leaked, spreading rapidly across social media. This presents a stark visual contrast to statistical data that claims crime is decreasing,” the article stated.

“So, the issue is genuinely the presence of surveillance cameras? Well, maybe we shouldn’t have them,” she pondered.

She went on, questioning if there should be some sort of law or order in the country. “Perhaps the problem lies with people like you, definitely not with a murderer,” she stated.
