According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the boys handed the threatening note to a teller at a Wells Fargo bank in Greenspoint just after 3 p.m. Thursday. The children will be charged with second-degree felony robbery by threat. They could be placed on probation until age 18 or in juvenile prison until age 19, according to a criminal defense attorney who spoke to KTRK-TV.
They were dubbed the “Little Rascals” by the FBI during the initial solicitation for information from the public.
