Local Resident Assumes Leadership at RSNB Bank

Jack Costantino Appointed President of RSNB Bank

Rock Springs native Jack Costantino has been named the president of RSNB Bank, marking a significant milestone in his banking career, which he has built entirely in his hometown.

Costantino, who graduated from Rock Springs High School in 2003, pursued finance studies at the University of Wyoming before returning to kick off his career at RSNB Bank. What started as a summer job during college evolved into a promising long-term role.

After completing his education, he took on the position of commercial loan officer at RSNB Bank, serving in that capacity for around eight years. Later, he transitioned to the bank’s operations department, where he gained a variety of experiences. For the last decade, he was the Chief Operating Officer.

“My role encompasses just about everything that happens at the bank,” Costantino remarked, highlighting his responsibility in managing daily operations.

He succeeds Ben Hanson, who recently stepped down as president after a decade in the role. Hanson will remain connected to the bank as a board member.

Costantino noted that his deep understanding of both the bank and the local community played a role in his appointment.

“Everything I did and everything I saw contributed to them choosing me for this position,” he shared.

As president, Costantino will oversee all facets of the bank, including lending and finances. He emphasized the advantage of RSNB Bank’s local ownership, allowing crucial decisions to be made without the need for distant corporate consultations, unlike many larger banks.

“We are entirely local, so all decisions happen here,” he stated. “We don’t have to report to someone miles away.”

RSNB Bank operates independently and is not linked to any major banking groups, focusing on serving its community effectively. Costantino pointed out that the bank’s community-driven approach strengthens customer relationships.

“We know our customers, and they know us,” he commented.

Looking ahead, he plans to maintain continuity while ensuring the bank is prepared for future developments.

“We always aim to offer top-tier customer service to every age group,” he stated, mentioning the bank’s goal of blending modern technology with personal interactions.

Costantino feels committed to continuing his journey with RSNB Bank for the long haul.

“We love our community,” he expressed. “Having been here for 134 years, we intend to stay as long as we can.”
