The 15-year-old girl who police said was involved in a shooting Monday at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, killing a teacher and a teenage student, is a California girl who authorities say had been planning a shooting spree with her. According to a restraining order obtained by The Associated Press, the man told FBI agents that he sent messages to Wisconsin shooter Natalie Rapuneau about attacking government buildings with guns and explosives. The order was issued Tuesday by a California judge against a 20-year-old Carlsbad man under the state's red-handed gun laws. The order requires the man to surrender his gun and ammunition to police within 48 hours, unless officers request it sooner because he poses an immediate danger to himself or others.

Coroner identifies victim killed in Wisconsin Christian school shooting
Madison Police Chief Shon Burns said Rapnow opened fire just before 11 a.m. inside a study hall at Abundant Life Christian School. He said responding officers found Lupnow suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She died on the way to the hospital.
A Dane County Coroner's Office report identified Rapnow's deceased victims as 14-year-old student Rubi Patricia Vergara and 42-year-old teacher Erin M. West.
The report said both West, of DeForest, and Vergara, of Madison, were pronounced dead at the scene, and preliminary examination results determined that both died of “homicidal firearm-related trauma.”
Six other people were injured in the shooting, including two students in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Vergara was a freshman at Abundant Life Christian School and was “an avid reader and art lover who sang and played keyboard in her family's worship band,” according to her obituary.
Vergara's aunt told Fox News Digital that it has been a “very difficult week” for the family, who are trying to get through their niece's funeral, which is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday in Madison.

Madison Police Department confirmed to FOX News Digital that two guns were recovered from the school after the shooting. However, only one gun was allegedly used by Lupnow.
“Determining a motive is our top priority,” Burns said at a news conference Tuesday afternoon. He said the motive appeared to be a combination of factors, but did not elaborate further..
“Every child in that building, every person, is a victim and will forever be a victim. We are trying to figure out and piece together what exactly happened. There is a need,” Burns said. “We may never know what she was thinking that day, but we will do our best to add and provide as much information as possible to the public.”
Rapnow had two handguns in her possession, but Burns said she did not know how she obtained them and would not say who bought them because the investigation is ongoing. .
It has not yet been determined whether Rapnow's parents will be charged in connection with the shooting.
Burns said police are speaking with Rapnow's father and other family members who are cooperating with him and are searching Rapnow's home. He declined to provide further details about the shooter, out of concern for his family.
Rebecca Smith, whose 17-year-old daughter is a student at Abundant Life Christian School, told Fox News that she and her husband knew all of the victims and their families.

Smith said the slain teacher had a daughter who played sports with the Smiths' daughter and always talked to her mother during games.
She added that the victim was a long-term substitute teacher at the school and only became a full-time teacher this year.
Barbara Weers, the school's communications director, said in a statement Wednesday night that West worked as a substitute teacher for three years before accepting the position of substitute coordinator and in-school substitute teacher at the school.
She said Vergara had been attending the school since kindergarten.
