Maher and Seinfeld say don’t overreact if Trump wins again

Bill Maher explains to Jerry Seinfeld that he’s not going to make a fuss over Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential victory, saying Trump has a different approach to life, including: He said it would also include a response to Trump.

Maher spent much of his conversation with Seinfeld talking about having a more casual attitude toward politics, appreciating life more, and mentioning that he has rich friends who are always complaining. Ta.

“When I’m having dinner with other people and they’re like, ‘The end of the world,’ look around, you idiot, we’re in this fucking amazing restaurant, they tell you I’m going to bring you this food, this dinner is going to cost $700,” Maher told Seinfeld.

“I’m not going to blink when I pay the check, just shut up about how bad it is.” [are],” he added.

Maher continued to try to dispel negative thoughts throughout this period.club random” he said on the podcast, which continued with his attitude toward Trump.

“Certainly health can rear its ugly head, there’s a lot of toxins everywhere, a lot of scary things. And Trump could do this and carry out a nuclear war with democracy blah blah blah” But right now, you know…I’m not going to do that. I’ve lost my nerve again with Trump,” Maher said.

“If he’s going to end the world, he’s going to end the world, even if he wins next term, I’m not going to go crazy again, I can’t do it!”

“I hope you have it,” Seinfeld replied.

“So what are we going to do?” Maher asked.

“I don’t know. I’m trying to stay put,” Seinfeld replied, hinting that he too wants to stay calm.

Maher explained that there is no point in getting mentally upset over the next election, asking, “What are you going to do? Are you going to get anxious like the millennials?”

“That’s right, that’s right,” Seinfeld said.

“That generation, especially Gen Z,” Maher continued, before Seinfeld interjected with a weary sneer.

They laugh at their disdain for the younger generation and conclude that with proper parental guidance, there is indeed hope for children to make it in the world. Seinfeld likens being a parent to being a manager or a director, providing guidance when needed, but overall being free to let your kids do what they want.

Despite Maher’s several claims about Trump and Biden, Seinfeld largely refused to participate in any political discussions on the show.

While discussing their ages, Maher said Seinfeld still looks “generally middle-aged” and “doesn’t look as old as Biden.”

“Biden’s reading is old, Trump’s reading is crazy, but not old. He just reads him differently.”

“Mostly, he wears a lot of makeup, his hair color, and everything else is crap,” Seinfeld added.

“I always say he looks like KISS. It’s always 1976 when he puts on the face paint and the wig,” Maher joked.

“Climate change will probably hit us at some point,” Maher said, “but it hasn’t happened yet.”

“We didn’t leave here today looking like we’ve been evaporated by the sun,” he said, adding that people should be thankful they were living in “the most fucking wonderful times.”
