Man Arrested for Sexual Assault at Grocery Store

A 28-year-old man, Jared Paul Estrada, has been arrested following allegations of sexual assault at a Whole Foods in Southern California.

According to reports, the incident took place on March 23, when the victim, who has not been identified, was approached by Estrada. He allegedly pulled down his pants and pressed his genitals against her ear while she was bending down to look at items.

It took authorities several weeks to locate Estrada. They released his image from security footage, which led to a tip from the public that ultimately resulted in his arrest.

Officers apprehended Estrada in Huntington Beach without any problems, as confirmed by Sergeant Johnson. The case is currently under investigation by Juan Murales from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Office. Estrada faces charges of indecent assault and sexual assault, according to Murales.

“Through a thorough investigation, our Bureau of Detectives and the special team managed to track down the suspect related to this Huntington Beach incident,” Murales noted.

He added, “Thanks to public cooperation, we were able to identify the suspect.”

Estrada is facing charges that include sexual assault and lewd conduct.
