Police say they were brutally attacked in Los Angeles, California by a large group of teenage bikes.
The incident occurred in the Carsai area around 5pm on Saturday, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a press release.
Officers responded to the San Vicente Boulevard and Carrillo Drive areas after reports of the assault.

Witnesses told police that debate broke out between a group of around 20-30 suspects who were thought to be between 16 and 18 years old.
Several suspects attacked and kicked the man's car before he left his car to stand up to them. Physical arguments continued, and more suspects took part in the fight, police said.

Police said a large group of suspects “quickly overwhelmed” the man. Even after he was knocked to the ground they punched and kicked the man.
The suspect fled south from the bike area on Carrillo Drive after an eyewitness tried to intervene, police said.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Station responded to the scene and attended the man. He suffered minor visible injuries and refused to be taken to the hospital.
Police are still searching for suspects and are asking the public for help in finding people who are responsible for the attack.
