Man charged with hammer attack on Louisiana college student, ICE files detainer on him

The man accused of attacking a Louisiana University student with a hammer said Monday why President Donald Trump moved some illegal immigrants to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.

Monroy has been booked at the Rahulce Parish Correctional Facility, where he is in custody on $500,000 bail.
