North Carolina State Police and a 911 caller say a Planet Fitness member entered the women’s locker room, stripped naked and claimed to be a woman.

Christopher Miller, 38, was arrested on lewdness charges and booked into the Gaston County Jail last Thursday.
Miller allegedly entered the locker room by taking advantage of the gym’s bathroom policy, which allows members to use locker rooms, bathrooms and showers based on their “gender identity.”
The man then allegedly removed his clothes, applied lotion to the woman and asked her to take a shower with him, after which one woman called 911. WSOC-TV.
“He’s a man, but he claims to be a woman and won’t come out of the bathroom,” the 911 caller told emergency personnel. “But he just walks around showing himself to us and he doesn’t want to leave.”
“So he’s naked?” the dispatcher asked.
“He’s completely naked,” the caller said.
“I think women should be able to go into the women’s restroom without the man coming in and saying he’s transgender,” said gym goer Betty Blythe.
Planet Fitness released a statement. new york post They discuss Miller’s arrest.
“At Planet Fitness, the safety of our employees and members is our top priority and we have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind within our clubs,” said Planet Fitness CEO McCall Gosselin. “We took immediate steps to ensure the safety of our club members, including contacting and cooperating with the police.”
Mr. Miller is being held on $25,000 bail.
The incident comes just a month after a woman claimed her Planet Fitness membership was revoked for taking a photo of a man shaving in the women’s locker room.
Patricia Silva said she was caught off guard by someone “with a penis” grooming a young girl next to her and took the photo. Planet Fitness claimed Silva violated the gym’s policies.
