The man who clearly burned a copy of the London Quran and the man who allegedly attacked him with a knife were charged with a crime on Saturday.
On Thursday, footage widely distributed on social media shows that it appears to have been burned outside the Turkish consulate in Knightsbridge, knocked to the ground, kicked and slashed by a man who swings a knife. It looked like there was.

On Saturday, 50-year-old Hamit Kosukun was charged with a religiously aggravated public order crime, the BBC reported.
He was released on conditional bail after appearing at Westminster Magistrates Court on Saturday while he was first detained. He will appear in the same court for the trial on May 28th.
Meanwhile, 59-year-old Moussa Kadri was also charged on Saturday with actual physical harm and possession of an offensive weapon. According to ITV, he was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in the same court on Monday.
