Man Found Guilty of Entering Woman's Home and Sucking Her Toes While She Was Asleep

A man from California was found guilty of breaking into a woman’s home, developing an “obsession” with her, and licking her toes while she was asleep.

This strange fixation started in February 2025 when Cristian Solorio, 28, noticed the victim at her workplace. According to the prosecutor, he “immediately fell in love with her.”

“Mr. Solorio repeatedly visited her workplace and even waited outside to speak to her after she left,” a representative from the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office commented.

Reports indicate that Solorio asked her out multiple times and even sent her a letter proposing a trip to Mexico.

“The harassment lasted for several weeks,” added the Stanislaus County District Attorney, elaborating on the conviction.

Eventually, Solorio found the woman’s home and entered after her father had departed. The victim awoke to find him “sucking her toes” in her bedroom.

Feeling “frightened,” she attempted to speak to Solorio in a “friendly way” to calm him down. Other family members arrived and told him to leave, causing him to flee the scene.

The Stanislaus County District Attorney further mentioned:

After the victim dialed 911, the Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit quickly began an investigation. Solorio was identified and arrested, later admitting he entered the home to contact her.

According to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, Solorio was convicted of stalking and burglary with intent to commit sexual acts and is also facing federal drug trafficking charges.

Deputy District Attorney Vita Parazuelos commended the victim for her “bravery” and praised the sheriff’s office for their effective response. “They did an excellent job of locating him and ensuring he was taken into custody,” she remarked.

“Sadly, the maximum penalty for these offenses is just six years,” Parazuelos noted.

Due to his actions, Solorio is also required to register as a sex offender.
