Exclusive: America First Legal has filed a lawsuit against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office seeking records of all communications between prosecutors and the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democratic National Convention and other groups related to the prosecution of former President Trump.

America First Legal (AFL) filed the lawsuit Monday morning.

The group is seeking documents and communications between Bragg's office and the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democratic National Committee, Color of Change and CREW.

The court is also seeking records related to efforts to raise funds from the prosecution of the former president in New York v. Trump.

The AFL is also looking into whether records exist between Mr Bragg's office and Lauren Marchand, the daughter of Judge Juan Marchand, who runs Authentic Campaigns, a Democratic political consulting firm.

“Alvin Bragg's office has a responsibility to transparency, and the public record reveals clear contradictions in statements about collaboration from both the U.S. Department of Justice and Mr. Bragg's own office,” AFL vice president Dan Epstein told Fox News Digital.

“And now it appears groups like Color of Change may be coordinating activities behind the scenes between Washington, D.C. and New York City.”

The AFL describes Color of Change as a far-left, Soros-funded group, and issued a statement calling Trump's prosecution “the result of our efforts.”

The AFL said the group has visited the White House 16 times and met with both President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

The lawsuit was filed as part of an ongoing investigation by America First Legal into Bragg's office over concerns about fairness, politically motivated prosecutions and the weaponization of the justice system.

The AFL sued Marchan last week for refusing to submit financial disclosures amid questions about his daughter's work at the university. A real campaign.

Authentic's CEO responded to the subpoena last week, saying the allegations against the company are “completely false and purely politically motivated.”

under new york Judges are required by law to file annual financial disclosure statements and are required to disclose them upon request.

After a six-week trial that stemmed from Bragg's investigation, Trump was convicted in an unprecedented criminal trial on all 34 first-degree charges of falsifying business records. He had pleaded not guilty.
