Marco Rubio Signs Order to Speed $4 Billion in Military Aid to Israel

Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed an order on Saturday to promote the $4 billion shipment of military aid to Israel.

At the press conference, Rubio I said:

I have signed a declaration to use emergency authorities to promote the delivery of approximately $4 billion of military aid to Israel. The decision to reverse the Biden administration's partial arms embargo, which mistakenly withholds many weapons and ammunition from Israel, is another indication that Israel does not have a much larger alliance in the White House than President Trump.

Since taking office, the Trump administration has approved nearly $12 billion in major FMS [foreign military sales] Sale to Israel. This important decision coincides with President Trump's repealing of the Biden-era memorandum. This imposed unfounded political conditions on military aid to Israel as our close allies fought against multiple frontline survival wars with Iran and the proxies of terrorism.

The Trump administration will continue to use all available tools to meet America's long-standing commitment to Israel's security, including measures to combat the security threat.

Last month, a heavy precision guided bomb that Biden rejected to Israel was delivered, coinciding with Rubio's first visit to the area as Secretary of State.

As reported by Breitbart News, the Biden administration also officially approved the sale to Israel, but “slowly cried” that it had prevented delivery from being delivered to put pressure on the Israeli government.

As a result, Israel was often forced to move more slowly against Hamas, or else to send Israeli soldiers to buildings trapped in booby.
