Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said she will travel to New Hampshire to support former President Donald Trump ahead of Tuesday's first national primary election.
Greene announced on social media that she would be heading to the Granite State to support Trump in his bid to become the top Republican in 2024, declaring the former president a “historic” victory.
“I'm so excited to be in the Granite State today to support President Trump in the National Primary!” Greene wrote on Monday. “Tomorrow's victory will be historic!”

“Live free or die!!” she added, quoting New Hampshire's motto.
Greene's name has been floated in recent years as a possible running mate for Trump, who is seeking a second term.
However, President Trump has not yet decided who will be on the 2024 ticket.
Still, the Georgia Republican's appearance at Trump's rally has fueled speculation, and she has previously been a top surrogate for the president.

Greene's trip comes ahead of the crucial New Hampshire primary.
After Florida Governor Ron DeSantis suspended his campaign on Sunday, the Republican primary field has been reduced to two major candidates: Trump and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley.
Both Trump and Haley are campaigning hard for Tuesday's primary, and a victory for either would be crucial.
If Trump wins, he will likely solidify his position as the Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential election and set up a rematch with President Biden.

But if Haley wins, it could open up cracks in Trump's armor and elevate the former South Carolina governor's commentary.

A daily poll released Monday by Suffolk University, the Boston Globe and Boston's NBC10 found that Trump, who is running for the White House for the third time in a row, has an approval rating of 57%, while Haley has an approval rating of 38%. There is. The resignation of Mr. DeSantis, who was a distant third in single digits in New Hampshire, resulted in a two-point difference between the two candidates.
