The initial half-year of President Donald Trump’s second term was marked by notable achievements, including securing a tropical border and the passing of a significant piece of legislation.
“There’s no self-reflection.”
It seems like mainstream media outlets are largely in agreement, as they consistently suggest that Trump’s discussions on various subjects are attempts to “distract” from the Epstein Files.

Curtis Houck, who edits for Newsbusters at Media Research Center, remarked that this synchrony among news outlets isn’t exactly breaking news.
“There’s zero chance for self-reflection or any admission of fault. Interestingly, doing so could help regain some credibility for them. Instead, they’re in character-assassination mode against anyone who they deem unworthy based on timing,” he shared with Blaze Media.
“The rumors about a Russian conspiracy have lingered for almost a decade and don’t seem to be fading now. Elected officials and liberal media can speculate on the timing in relation to Epstein, but the American public is fed up with their excuses.” He pointed out that [Tulsi] Gabbard and her team provided enlightening insights into events during the Obama administration that were simply echoed by the liberal media.
As for the release of documents concerning the Jeffrey Epstein case, Trump has already asked for the DOJ files to be made public as swiftly as possible.
