Media Tries to Blame the Border Crisis on Trump

The biggest problem the Democrats have this year is the chaos at the border. No matter how much the media hypes Kamala Harris, Immigration Remaining top It matters to voters, and they're blaming the Democrats. (I have a theory about why: Maybe Democratic Party They intentionally opened the borders and let in 10 million illegal immigrants.

The media and Democratic Party complex tried all sorts of lies to cover up the crimes, but those deceptions crumbled with just a little scrutiny. (Kamala was not a “border” Emperor“!)

Apparently, the lie they've decided to stick with is that Trump ordered Republicans to oppose an incredibly tough border bill! How cruel! Most strict There will never be an immigration bill passed in this century! But Trump opposed it just to make the border an election issue. What a cold-hearted and ruthless guy.

In her acceptance speech, Harris said:

“Last year, Joe and I brought together Democrats and conservative Republicans to write the strongest border bill in decades. … But Donald Trump thought a border deal would hurt his campaign and ordered our allies in Congress to tear it up. I refuse to politicize security. I pledge to you: As President, I will resurrect the bipartisan border security bill he killed and sign it into law.”

In fact, the “strongest border bill in decades” was nothing of the sort, but rather a mandate to keep the border open. Future presidents would not have to break federal law to open the border, as the Biden administration has done. Required It prohibits federal law from opening the border, as the Biden Administration has done. All this bill has done is codify the Biden Administration's disastrous immigration policies.

The left argues that the bill is too draconian because it would dramatically increase the budget for border patrol, which is why they got the BP union's support for the bill: Guards would still be unable to do their jobs, but they would get a pay raise.

Needless to say, before Trump even mentioned the bill, conservative groups, publications and lawmakers across the board had slammed it.

January 3, Chairman Mike Johnson said If Biden wants to increase funding to Ukraine for national security reasons, he said, “he must start by protecting America's national security,” meaning a “closed and secure” border.

On January 9, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky said on Fox News that the border deal was “a betrayal. … 'Oh, we're going to let 5,000 illegals in a day, and then… Might be They tried to stop the next 5,000 people that day.”

The same day the bill was debated, Sen. Chris Murphy, the Democratic negotiator for Connecticut, said Democrats would refuse to block Biden from unilaterally releasing millions of illegal immigrants into the country (which, incidentally, Biden is doing in violation of current federal law).

In response to this, Washington Examiners “OK, so that's a different story. Looks like Democrats don't want to end the border crisis after all,” Corn Carroll wrote on Twitter.

On January 12, Breitbart published all the horrifying details under the headline “Senate Republican Border Deal Leaked: Migrants Will Get Work Permits, Lawyers, Green Cards.” And just as Senator Murphy promised, Democrats rejected all proposals for border security: no fencing, no ending to “capture and release,” no reinstatement to President Trump's “Remain in Mexico” program.

Most of the immigration bill Disappointing Illegal immigrant?

January 13, Ron DeSantis He said that if he were in the White House, the border bill would “die as soon as it passes.”

January 15th, Liberal Democrat (who doesn't hate his country) Mickey Kaus Tweeted:”In other words, [Sen. Mitch McConnell] “What was he thinking?… Did he really think the House would accept this shit sandwich?… Has he lost his mind?… McConnell really should resign.” (In response, McConnell's chief of staff assured reporters that the senator was “so smart” he “could barely keep up.”)

The bill was heavily criticized on Fox News, The Washington TimesOpposition to the bill has been voiced in the House, the Senate, and even on Twitter. Congressional switchboards have lit up like Christmas trees. Even before the bill was officially introduced, at least six senators have voiced their opposition: Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.), Mike Braun (Ind.), Tim Scott (South Carolina), Josh Hawley (Missouri), Mike Lee (Utah), and Ted Cruz (Texas).

But according to media reports — lies — the bill was moving through Congress until Trump filibustered it. After all, why would Republicans bother to demand that Americans accept at least 1.8%? million The government, which has close to 1,000 illegal immigrants every year, will grant refugee status to anyone who applies. However, moreover Give illegal immigrants freebies, pour billions of dollars into NGOs that help illegal immigrants get into our country, and do absolutely nothing to strengthen our borders? Forget the wall. This bill there is nothing.

It's what Democrats consider to be “the strongest border bill in decades.”

Trump's first comments on the bill came on January 17, after two weeks of harsh criticism from conservative media, when he posted to Truth Social: “I don't think we should make a border deal unless we have everything we need to stop millions of people, many from wherever, from coming into this once great, soon to be great again country!”

So Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) Claimed Republicans had blocked the bill “at the behest of President Trump.”

By now, this politically motivated lie has been repeated thousands of times by the same people with the same conviction as the claims that Trump colluded with Russia, called neo-Nazis “fine people,” and told Americans to drink bleach.

They know it As a matter of factThey were just as sure as anyone that Hunter Biden's laptop was “Russian disinformation” and that Biden was highly astute.
