Meghan Markle's return to Netflix has been postponed due to the ongoing wildfires in Southern California.
The Duchess of Sussex has revealed that the release date of her new series “With Love, Meghan,” which was scheduled to premiere on January 15th on a major streaming site, has been moved to March 4th. .
Markle, who is from Los Angeles and attended the all-girls Catholic Immaculate Heart High School, requested that the show's debut be postponed due to ongoing fires, including the Palisades and Eaton fires.

“At the request of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and with the full support of Netflix, the show, which pays a heartfelt tribute to the beauty of Southern California, will be released on March 4th, from its previously announced January premiere date. “This change has been made due to the continuing devastation caused by the Los Angeles wildfires,” a Netflix representative confirmed to FOX News Digital.

“I am grateful to our partners at Netflix for supporting the postponement as we focus on the needs of those affected by the wildfires in our home state of California,” Markle said in a statement.
On Friday, Markle and her husband Prince Harry met with Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo to offer their support for the victims and relief efforts.

“In recent days, wildfires in Southern California have ripped through neighborhoods, devastating families, homes, schools, medical centers and more, impacting tens of thousands of people from all walks of life. issued,” the two wrote on their website Thursday.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have listed organizations on their website that are actively supporting bushfire victims. Participating companies include the Compton Cowboys, which provides emergency horse transportation services, and Airbnb and 211LA, which are partnering to provide free temporary housing to evacuees.
