tech crunch report Chatbots “tend to spit out a lot of web search results and aren’t great at anything, but they’re reasonably priced.”
Meta AI You can now access it for free online by visiting Meta.ai on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Not only is this AI available, it has replaced the traditional search box on all these platforms.

Meta AI is a response for businesses. OpenAI’s ChatGPTSimilar bots have also been developed, including Microsoft’s Bing AI and Google’s Gemini.
new york times report Meta bot’s image generator is said to be built to compete with Adobe’s Firefly, Midjourney, and DALL-E. Unlike these other apps, Meta makes AI available for free within social media platforms.
The Times reported that this represented “the most aggressive effort yet by a major tech company to bring artificial intelligence, known as generative AI, into the mainstream.”
“I believe MetaAI is the most intelligent AI assistant at our disposal today,” Zuckerberg posted on Instagram Thursday.

A Meta spokesperson said the technology is new and may not provide the most accurate responses. Despite this flaw, there is currently no way to shut down Meta AI within the Meta social media app.
Tech Crunch concluded: “Meta positions its AI as the first layer for casual questions, and it works, but most of the time it searches for what the user is asking and then pulls heavily from the top results. And in any case, half the time it involved a search at the end, so why not use Google or Bing in the first place?”
