According to ABC 15, a new report released Monday by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office details incidents of harassment leading up to Miller’s death, and Miller “feared for his life.” That’s what it means.

According to documents obtained by ABC 15, Miller reported to police that a razor blade had been stuck in her tire. She claimed this was the second time in a week that she had deflated a tire with a razor blade.

The report said Miller noticed “strange activity” and believed people were following or monitoring her. Miller also told police that the unidentified suspect had a history of similar acts toward her, her report detailed.

But police said there was not enough evidence to prove the suspect placed the razor under the tire.

Later that same morning, Micah Miller called police again while on his way to a Honda dealership to get a tire repaired.

According to the report, Micah Miller stopped at a gas station to get gas before heading to the dealership when the suspect pulled up next to her. She reportedly told him to leave and he hurried away before she could record the encounter.
