Michigan man accused of stealing money meant for children with disabilities

A repeat offender and fugitive on parole is back in police custody after allegedly stealing money for disabled children at a community fundraiser in Michigan.

Police say John Allen Lowell, 41, of Flint, is accused of breaking into a fundraiser held by the Miracle League of Oakland County on January 6 and stealing bags from the registration table. There is.
