Children were among the millions of people who lost Medicaid coverage after the government asked states to reevaluate eligibility for all recipients. While some people have been able to get their benefits back, the lapse in services has taken a toll. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch spoke with one mother whose son lost services about her fight to get them back and the impact on her son's care.
