“I'll be honest with you. I've been doing this for over 20 years and have never seen anything more horrible,” Easley Police Chief Brandon Reiner said at a press conference Wednesday.
After the stab wound, the twisted mom was allegedly putting the bloody infant in a garbage bag and moving the bag outside the room where she was found, Fox Carolina said.
According to reports, Easley police officers were called to the scene by their NGO boyfriend, but it is not clear whether he was in the apartment at the time of the murder.
Officers arrived to find a seriously injured newborn and he was declared dead at the scene, the report said.

“It was very clear that the Miss NGO was the one who tragically murdered this child,” Easley Police Chief Brandon Reiner said at a press conference Wednesday.
“We're talking for this baby,” Reiner said. “I'll make sure this baby receives justice. It didn't have a chance in life. It won't last any longer.”
The NGO was taken from the scene to the hospital for treatment. According to reports, she was released from hospital Tuesday and was arrested by police immediately.
The NGO has been charged with child abuse murder and has been denied bail, the report said.
