James Dolan, owner of the New York Knicks and Rangers, is accused of sexual assault and human trafficking in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Masseur Kelly Croft said Dolan worked with Harvey Weinstein in 2013 to try to induce her into a sexual relationship.
At the time, Croft was the Eagles' Glenn Frey's primary massage therapist and Dolan was funding his concert tour that year, according to the complaint obtained by Fox News Digital. Dolan's own band, JD & the Straight Shots, opened for the legendary rock band throughout the tour.

During the tour, Ms. Croft gave Ms. Dolan a massage, and the suit says Ms. Dolan “pulled Ms. Kraft towards him.” Craft “I tried pushing” [him] She was very uncomfortable and walked away stating that she takes her job as a masseuse very seriously and wants to remain professional. ”
However, Dolan said,[came] Get even stronger by “dragging her to the couch and shoving her hand between his knees before applying any pressure.”[ing] Ms Croft had unwanted sexual intercourse with him. ”
Dolan allegedly continued to make “unwelcome advances” toward Croft, and Croft “felt obligated to agree to have sex with him.”
Croft was then flown to California for further work, the suit says, but “in reality, Croft was flown to Los Angeles for the purpose of engaging in unwanted sexual activity with Dolan.”
During the trip, Ms. Croft met Ms. Dolan's “friend,” Weinstein, who also requested a massage, forced his way into Ms. Croft's hotel room, and sexually assaulted her, according to the complaint. It is said that he added it.

When Croft returned home, she suffered a “panic attack” while working as a massage therapist and “became dependent on drugs and alcohol,” according to the complaint.
“Any allegations against Mr. Dolan are completely without merit,” Dolan's attorney Danya Perry said in a statement to FOX News Digital. “Kelly Croft and James Dolan had a friendship. The references to Harvey Weinstein were merely meant to provoke and appear to have been plagiarized from past lawsuits against Mr. Weinstein. It reflects an act of retaliation by lawyers who have brought multiple lawsuits against Mr. Stein.'' “Mr. Dolan has never won and cannot win a judgment (sic) against Mr. Croft.'' Mr. Dolan has always believed that Mr. Croft is a good person and is surprised that she would agree with these claims. In short, this is not what he said.” / She Matters We said so, and there is compelling evidence to support our position. We look forward to proving that in court. ”
