He was hired by Willis in 2021 in a formal role with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Wade and his wife reached a temporary settlement several weeks later, before Willis had to testify.

Mr. Willis continues to pursue his lawsuit, but lawyers for Mr. Trump and his co-defendants have repeatedly urged him to dismiss the case.
