New Hampshire high school teacher allegedly tried to pay $100 for sex with underage girl

New Hampshire high school teacher arrested after being caught in a sex trafficking sting of minors, according to the Department of Homeland Security. Four other people from New Hampshire and Massachusetts were also involved in the operation.

“It is our reasonable belief that the defendant had sex with a minor while working at the school.”

Lori Robinson, a Department of Homeland Security official, said in an affidavit that she posted a fake ad on an online commercial sex site on Thursday, and when interested customers contacted her, she asked them to meet her at a hotel. He said he was told.

One of those who allegedly went to the motel expecting to have sex with the 12-year-old female victim was 46-year-old Stacey Ray Lancaster. He is a teacher at West High School in Manchester, where he oversees the ROTC program.

In response to the ad, Lancaster allegedly sent a text message saying, “Can you send me a photo? Is cash okay? I'll have it ready around 3:15.”

“It is our reasonable belief that the defendant had sex with a minor while working at the school,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Bicinanzo said during a hearing regarding Lancaster.

According to the indictment, Lancaster allegedly met with an undercover officer in a hotel parking lot and was instructed to engage in sexual contact to ensure he was not a law enforcement officer. He also touched her in a sexual manner.

He was charged with attempted sex trafficking of a minor.

school said He was placed on administrative leave and the students were provided counseling regarding the arrest.

Lancaster reportedly has two minor children with his ex-wife, who lives in Bahrain, and two minor stepchildren with his current wife.

Judge Andrea K. Johnston allowed him to be released for home detention at his mother's home. As conditions of his release, Johnston ordered him not to use social media, surrender his passport and avoid unsupervised contact with children.
