New photos have surfaced online showing family members of Minnesota Governor and Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz (D-MN) cheering on 2024 Republican candidate Donald Trump, who is both Walz and Harris' rival.

The photo, which features eight members of the Waltz family, features Trump 2024 flags and the phrase “Take America Back.” The Waltzes can also be seen wearing T-shirts that read, “Nebraska Waltz Supports Trump.”
Additionally, members of the Waltz family continue to make public appearances after screenshots of Facebook comments made by Tim Waltz's brother, Jeff Waltz, in opposition to his brother's candidacy were circulated on X and other platforms.
“He's not the type of person I want making decisions about my future,” Jeff Waltz wrote in a Facebook comment.
Jeff Waltz's Facebook comments expressing disagreement with his Democratic brother later said, “It's [his] There is no “intention” to influence voters.
“It was never my intention or our family's intention to put something out there to influence the general public,” Jeff Waltz said. News Nation.
“I got a lot of feedback from friends and old acquaintances. [previously] “I share the same feelings as my brother on this issue and was trying to make that clear only to friends,” he added. “I used Facebook, which was not the right platform to do so. But I have to say I don't agree with his policies.”
The image was initially shared by a family friend but then went viral online, catching the attention of President Trump.
“Thank you so much Jeff! I'm so honored to have your support and look forward to meeting you soon!,” Trump wrote on Truth Social alongside the viral photo.
Additionally, before the image went viral, Trump supporters had been urging people to publicly support Trump in the comments section of Jeff Waltz's Facebook post.
“I have thought long and hard about doing something like that!” Waltz responded. “I'm torn between doing it and not getting my family involved.”
Jeff also said he hasn't spoken to his brother Tim in eight years.
