The violent re-offender snickers accused of trying to rape a woman on the Times Square subway were given $250,000 bail on felony charges Saturday night.
Tyriek Martin, a 34-year-old homeless man who has been arrested at least 70 times, appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court late Saturday, where Judge Robert Rosenthal reported first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and He appeared before attempting three times assault charges.
Rosenthal set a $250,000 bail at the request of the prosecutor.

Martin was the only other person on the northbound W train approaching Times Square 42 Street Metro station just before noon Thursday.

“He has 34 misdemeanor beliefs and nine failures. One of these misdemeanor convictions is due to the public dew humiliation in 2017.”
Martin was arrested for crimes such as robbery, possession of drugs and public observance. He was also arrested for randomly beating a 2-year-old autistic girl in the face with a 20-pound suitcase.
The lawsuit will proceed to a major ju trial on February 26th for indictment.
