A distraught New York City father is speaking out against President Biden’s border policies after his 13-year-old daughter was brutally raped in broad daylight in a park by a suspected illegal immigrant.

The father, whose name is being withheld to protect his daughter’s identity, New York Post “This is what happens” when illegal immigrants are allowed across the border.

“I’ve never been in favor of an open border policy because it just invites in a lot of things that we don’t need,” he said. “And look what’s been coming in.”

The 13-year-old’s father told the media that his son has been “living hell” since the attack.

“My world has been turned upside down and the healing process has not even begun…Right now my heart is swirling with anger,” he said.

Asked how his young daughter was doing after the brazen attack, he replied: “I can’t imagine, so let’s just leave it at that.”

The suspect, 25-year-old Christian Giovanni Inga Landi, an illegal immigrant from Ecuador, is accused of approaching the girl and a 13-year-old boy who was with her, tying them both up and raping the girl.

Police identified suspect Inga Lundy from security camera footage from the park and good people quickly identified the suspect and captured him in an epic crackdown.

The father praised neighbors, who recognized the suspect from a wanted poster and about 10 of them held him down until police arrived and arrested him.

“If it was someone else’s child, I would have done the same thing. I would have done it without a doubt. I wouldn’t hesitate,” he said. “We don’t need people walking around, driving, riding their bikes looking for places where they can be predators.”

The father “thanked God” that he wasn’t the one to notice the adult man who “violated” his young daughter.

“Especially when you have a child who has been brutally assaulted, my instinct is that I’m glad I never had to meet this man,” the father said.

The migrant is being led away from the police station by a police detective who grabbed him by the arm.

Rep. Andrew R. Garbarino, Republican of New York, told Fox News Digital that “protecting the American people” should be the Biden administration’s “number one priority.”

“Because our borders are open, violent criminals will continue to enter our communities and Americans will suffer the consequences,” he said. “What happened to this poor girl sickens me. Unfortunately, she is not the first person to fall victim to criminal immigrant predators who should have been turned away before they even entered this country.”

“No one should have to go through the suffering that she and her family are currently experiencing,” Garbarino said. “Protecting the American people must be our top priority, and that means securing our border, deporting illegal immigrants, and empowering law enforcement to crack down on violent crime.”

New York Young Republican Club President Gavin Wax He told Fox News Digital that the rape of a 13-year-old girl symbolizes the difference between President Biden and former President Trump.

“This week’s tragedy is not the first, and sadly it will not be the last, involving criminal illegal immigrants, many of whom come to this country to cause chaos and commit heinous criminal acts against innocent women and children and law-abiding Americans,” he said.

“This crisis symbolizes the difference between the policies and leadership of Joe Biden and Donald Trump,” Wax said. “We pray for the victims and focus our support and work on restoring ‘America First, America Last’ policies, making citizenship and national sovereignty meaningful again, and removing squatter Joe Biden from the White House and re-electing Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States of America. If we fail to do so, our Constitutional Republic is finished.”

The rape of a 13-year-old girl in a public park comes as immigration-related crime continues to plague the country as the Biden administration continues to tackle the problem of illegal immigration.

An illegal immigrant from El Salvador has been identified as the suspect in the murder and rape of Maryland mother Rachel Morin.

Victor Martinez HernandezOn August 5, 2023, Morin’s body was discovered on a sidewalk in Bel Air, Maryland, and a 23-year-old woman was identified as a suspect in Morin’s death.

Authorities said Martinez-Hernandez entered the United States illegally in February 2023. The following month, a woman and her 9-year-old daughter were robbed in Los Angeles. Martinez-Hernandez is a suspect in that attack.

In Houston, police arrested two illegal immigrants from Venezuela for allegedly strangling a local 12-year-old girl and abandoning her body in a creek.

City police announced Thursday that Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos, 26, will be charged with murder in the death of Jocelyn Nungaray.

The two suspects crossed the border illegally. Via El Paso Both men were apprehended and released by Border Patrol on separate occasions, according to a Fox News source.

In its monthly report Thursday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported 117,900 encounters between ports of entry along the U.S.-Mexico border, down about 9% from the previous month.
